At VAULTS1, you have 24/7 access to your rented safe deposit box and the valuables stored inside it. You do not need an appointment to enter the premises nor the presence of VAULTS1 staff. Since our service is non-banking, you can easily rent a safe deposit box with us and do not need to set up any bank account in order to use the service.

You can visit us in person any day during our opening hours, call us to book an appointment, or reserve a safe deposit box online at cassettasicurezza.it. We will require you to prove your identity using an acceptable form of photographic identification (such as a valid passport or ID card). If the order is made by a company, you will need to provide a legal document proving that you are a company manager (CEO, owner, etc.)

You can pay for your booked individual safe deposit box rent services in the most convenient way:

• Use e-banking at the time of booking;
• Bank transfer;
• Bank card;
• Via PayPal payment system;
• Cash.

VAULTS1 offers several different sizes of individual safes, ranging from the smallest XS to the largest XL.

The rental price of safes depends on the size of the safes and the rental period.

Dimentions of safe deposit boxes

You will be issued one key for your safe deposit box and a personal access code to enter the Vaults premises. If you lose your key or forget your code, please inform VAULTS1 immediately. Please note that the production of a new key will incur an additional cost.

After the agreement to rent a safe deposit box is signed and payment is received, you will receive a key and a personal access code to enter the premises. We highly recommend keeping the key and the code private and not disclosing them to other parties.

No, VAULTS1 only has one key for each safe deposit box, which is given to the customer after the agreement for the safe deposit box rental is signed.

Since signature of the rental agreement for an individual safe and payment of the rent, an individual safe can be used from 1 month to 3 years.
